On the
Care screen, select
Pharmacy, and then select Prescriptions.

Select Add a new prescription, then select Next.

Select the profile of the person you are ordering the prescription for, then select Next.

To add a picture of your prescription, select Upload a file.

Select a file, then select Next.

On the Additional Prescription Details screen, answer the following questions;

In the Would you like auto refills for applicable prescriptions? section, switch the toggle to On or Off.

In the How soon would you like your prescriptions? section, specify your preferred delivery date, or select I don't need this prescription now.

In the Are there any allergies that you are aware of? section, select Yes (if yes, list the allergies in the blank space provided) or No and then select Next.

On the Shipping Address screen, select the address you would like your prescription shipped.

To add a new address, select Add a shipping address and fill out the required information. Select Add shipping address, and then select Next.

Select your preferred payment method.

To add a new payment method, select Add a payment method. Fill out the required information, then select Add payment method.

Select Complete.

From the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then select Pharmacy.

On the
Pharmacy Dashboard, select
Manage Prescriptions and then select Add a prescription.

Select Add a new prescription, then select Continue to select person.

On the Who is this prescription for? screen, select the profile of the person you are ordering the prescription for.

Select Continue to prescription details.

Add a picture of your prescription, select Upload a file, then select a file.

Indicate whether you wish to enable auto refills for this prescription.

Select your preferred delivery date for this prescription.

If you do not want this prescription delivered immediately, select I don't need this prescription now.

Specify any allergies you might have, then select Continue to shipping address.

Select the shipping address you want to send your prescription to.

Select Continue to payment method.

Select the payment method you want to use for this order.

Select Complete.
