Update your notification preferences

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, select Telemedicine, then select Telemedicine.

2. Select  Settings, and then Notification preferences.

3. Select the checkboxes for the notifications that you want to receive.

4. Select Save changes.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services, then select Telemedicine and Telemedicine.

2. Select Telemedicine Settings.

3. In the Notification preferences section, select Update.

4. Select the checkboxes for the notifications that you want to receive.

5. Select Save changes.
