You can access your Total Health and Life Services dashboard on the sparrow mobile app app, from the
Care screen.

On the
Care screen, navigate to
Total Health and Life Services and then Total Health and Life Services.
When you first navigate to the Total Health and Life Services section of sparrow you'll be greeted by the Total Health and Life Services Overview screen. You can navigate your Total Health and Life Services profile through the Overview, Appointments, Profile Settings, and Inbox screens.

The Overview screen is your main dashboard for key information such as your upcoming appointments and information about your Care Team, Services, and Sponsored Hours. |

The Profile Settings screen is where you modify your member details, contact details, and emergency contact information. |

The Inbox is where messages from your Care Team team are stored. |
