To remove previous health scores, activity and course history, connected health data, and customized content from appearing when you access your Well-being account, you can deactivate it.

Certain information linked to your Benefits or Health Services accounts account remains unaffected.

Care. Select the Well-being tab and then select
Well-being.

Select and then Deactivate Account.
