Update your communication preferences

Instructions for the mobile app

1. Select Care, then select Pharmacy, and Pharmacy.

2. Select the Pharmacy settings icon, then select Communication preferences.

3. Check the boxes for the communication methods to which you want to opt-in.

4. Select Save Changes.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Pharmacy, and then select Pharmacy.

2. From the Pharmacy dashboard, select Pharmacy settings.

3. In the Communication preferences section, select Update preference.

4. Check the boxes for the communication methods to which you want to opt-in.

5. Select Save Changes.
