If you already have a The Counselling App account, and the sparrow mobile app downloaded, you can register as a couples counselling partner with an Invitation Code on your mobile device.

On the
Care screen, navigate to
Mental Health and then Counselling.

On the Counselling Overview screen, navigate to the Services screen and select Couples Counselling.

Select Enter Invitation Code.

Enter the Invitation Code you received in your email and select Accept Matching Invitation.

Review the Continue Couples Match screen and select Continue.

On the Personal Details screens, you can enter or confirm your member details and billing information, then select Next.

On the Meet your counsellor screen, review the details of your counsellor and select Next.

On the Phone number verification screen, enter your phone number and select Next to receive a 7 digit code. Enter the 7 digit code to authenticate your account and select Next.

Read and agree to the Informed Consent and select Confirm Match.
You can register as a couples counselling partner with a new The Counselling Appaccount or an existing one.

From the email you received from select whether you would like to sign in with your current The Counselling App account, or create a new account.

Enter the Invitation code from your invitation email.

To complete the matching process that your partner started, select Complete matching.

On the Personal Details screens, you can enter or confirm your member details and billing information, then select Next.

If you need to edit your member details, select Edit next to the appropriate section and select Save Changes when you've finished.

On the Meet your counsellor screen, review the details of your counsellor and select Next.
