Credit card information is only entered when purchasing sessions beyond sponsored sessions. Stripe (stripe.com) is used for this process, and The Counselling App does not store any credit card information.
We collect your age information in order to match you with a counsellor that works with your age group. Questions about your age, general health, mental health, and life or work stressors are used for personalizing the matching process and helping you get connected with professionals that are most specialized for your psychological needs.
