Update your personal details on your Counselling profile

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, navigate to Mental Health and then Counselling.

2. Select Profile Settings.

3. Navigate to the Member Details section.

4. Add or update your changes and select Save changes.

Note

Some personal details cannot be edited from your Mental Health Counselling Profile Settings and must be made through your plan administrator. Typically, this information will be your legal name and date of birth.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Mental Health.

2. On the Counselling screen, navigate to Profile Settings.

3. In the Member Details section, select Edit.

4. Add or update your personal details and select Save changes.
