Book a Specialized Service appointment

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, navigate to Mental Health and then Specialized Clinical Services.

2. On the Specialized Clinical Services Overview screen, select Book Appointment.

3. Select the Counselling Service you would like to book, and select Continue.

4. On the Appointment Modality screen, select how you would like to meet with your care provider.

5. On the Appointment Duration screen, select how long you would like to meet for.

6. On the Appointment Date and Time screen, select a date and time for your appointment.

7. You can add Additional Details on what you would like to work on with your care provider, and select Next.

8. On the Review Details screen, confirm your appointment and billing details, and select Confirm booking.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Mental Health and then Specialized Clinical Services.

2. Navigate to the My Appointments screen and select Book appointment.

3. Select the Session Type you would like to book, and select Next.

4. Select your Appointment Details by selecting the modality, duration, and date of your appointment, and select Next.

5. You can add Additional Details on what you would like to work on with your care provider, and select Next.

6. On the Review Details screen, confirm your appointment and billing details, and select Confirm booking.
