Cancel or reschedule your appointment

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, navigate to Mental Health and then Specialized Clinical Services.

2. On the Specialized Clinical Service Overview screen, navigate to the Appointments tab.

3. Navigate to the session you wanted to cancel, and select Cancel session.

4. Read over the information that will result in cancelling your appointment, and select Yes, cancel.

To reschedule your appointment, follow the steps in the Book a Specialized Clinical Services appointment article.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Mental Health and then Specialized Clinical Services.

2. Navigate to the My Appointments screen.

3. Navigate to the session you want to cancel, and select Cancel session.

4. Read over the information that will result in cancelling your appointment, and select Yes, cancel.
