On the
Care screen, select
Pharmacy and then select Profiles.

Select the profile you would like to add your insurance information to, then select Insurance.

Upload an image of your insurance card or Manually Enter the details.

Select Save.

From the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Pharmacy and then select Pharmacy.

From the Pharmacy Dashboard, select
Manage Profiles.

On the Manage Profiles section, select View profile.

In the Insurance and health card section, select Add new insurance.

In the Insurance Details section, enter the information for your insurance benefits.

In the Health Card section, enter the information specified from your health card.

Select Save Changes.
