Note: Only scheduled appointments can be cancelled. On-demand appointments cannot be cancelled.

On the 
Care screen, select 
Telemedicine, and then Telemedicine.

In the Upcoming section, navigate to the consultation that you would like to cancel.

Select Cancel, and then Cancel consultation.
