Issues with your payment method can prevent payments from being charged to your account. If this occurs, you will be prompted to change or update your payment details before you are able to book a follow up appointment for a service. You will not be able to book additional appointments for that service until the outstanding balance from previous appointments is paid in full.
You can update your payment information from the pop up banner on your Dashboard by selecting Update payment information.

On the
Care screen, navigate to
Total Health and Life Services and then Total Health and Life Services.

Select the
Profile Settings icon.

Navigate to Billing Details and select Update payment information.

Review the Update payment details and pay outstanding balance pop up and select Update payment.

On the Update payment details and pay outstanding balance screen, review any outstanding appointment balance and enter your updated payment details. Select Pay Balance.
Please note that, if applicable, outstanding balances for both Total Health and Life Services and counselling services will be paid at the same time. If you have questions about paying your outstanding balances, you can reach out to support@team.mysparrow.ca.

Total Health and Life Services and then Total Health and Life Services.
