Add or change a credit card on your Total Health and Life Services profile

Credit card information on sparrow handled by a secure third-party payment system called Stripe.

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, navigate to Total Health and Life Services and select Total Health and Life Services.

2. On the Total Health and Life Services overview screen, select Profile Settings.

3. Navigate to Billing Details and select Add Billing Details to add new credit card details, or Edit to edit your current billing details.

4. Add or update your credit card details and select Save.

Instructions for the web app

1. From the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Total Health and Life Services and then Total Health and Life Services.

2. Navigate to Profile Settings.

3. In the Billing Details section, select Edit.

4. Add or change the credit card details, then select Save changes.
