You can log a workout on the day it was completed.
To view previous workout entries, on the calendar, select a date.

Select
Care. Select the Well-being tab and then select
Well-being.

From Today, in the Workout Log section of Daily Tracking, select Add.

Complete the Activity, Duration, and Calorie fields. Select Add.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services. Select Well-being and then Well-being.

From the Well-being dashboard, in the Daily Tracking section for Workout Log, select Add.

In the Activity drop down menu, select your workout activity. You can type the first few letters of the activity to search the list.

In the Duration field, enter the number of minutes spent working out.

In the Calorie field, you can enter the number of calories consumed.

Select Add.
