To set up the connection, you must use your mobile device.
Do the following:

From your mobile device, download the health and benefits app that you use to access Well-being.

Choose the source of health data. For more info, visit the Supported devices and apps for syncing health data article.

Set up permissions to allow Well-being access to the data that you want to connect.

Make the connection.
You can connect to one source of health and fitness data at a time.

Using your mobile device, open the health and benefits app that you use to access Well-being.

From the navigation bar, select Care Services. Select Well-being and then Well-being.

From the dashboard, select Settings.

Do one of the following:
From the Sync Device or App section, for the device or app you want to connect, select Connect. To stop syncing or change to another source, select Disconnect.

Follow the instructions on screen.
You can connect Well-being to other health and fitness data. You must use your mobile device. You can choose one of the following sources:

Apple Health
-
Google Fit
-
Samsung Health
-
Garmin Connect
-
Fitbit

You can set up Well-being to access data from Apple Health so that you don't need to enter data manually. Once available, this data is also used to build your health score.

Using your mobile device, on the Navigation Bar, select Care Services. Select Well-being, then Well-being.

From the Well-being dashboard, select
Settings.

In the Tools section, for Apple Health, select Connect.

To allow Well-being to access your health data, when prompted, select Allow.
You can set up Well-being to access data from Fitbit so that you don't need to enter data manually. Once available, this data is also used to build your health score.

Using your mobile device, from your health benefits app, on the Navigation Bar, select Care Services. Select Well-being, then Well-being.

From the Well-being dashboard, select
Settings.

In the Tools section, for Fitbit, select Connect.

If prompted, sign in to your Fitbit account.

To allow Well-being to access your health data, when prompted, select Allow All or the permissions you want to allow. Then select Allow.

To connect Well-being to health data, you must use your mobile device. This feature is not supported from a web browser.

From your mobile device, to help ensure that recent data is connected, open the app you use for Well-being.

From your mobile device, check that Bluetooth is turned on.

For Apple Health, from the Apple Health app on your mobile device, tap beside Summary. In the Privacy section, select Apps. From your health and benefits app, check that permissions are enabled for the data that you want Well-being to access.

For Fitbit, from the Fitbit app on your mobile device, check that permissions are enabled for the data that you want Well-being to access.

How you access permissions depends on the device that you use, and the health data you are connecting. Settings and features vary by device and operating system. The steps might be different on your mobile device.
