Activities guide you through actions and approaches that you can take to reach your goals. Activities are designed to be brief exercises that you can try at home with minimal equipment.
To view an activity again, select Restart or Recents.

Select
Care. Select the Well-being tab and then select
Well-being.

Select the Activities tab.

To change the activity set, select the drop-down for other categories.

Select an activity and follow the prompts.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services. Then select Well-being and Well-being.

Select Activities.

To view different activity sets, select a category such as Meditation and Mindfulness.
Optionally, you can select more filters.

Select an activity.

Review the instructions.

If a timer is displayed, select Start. Otherwise, select Complete.
You can subscribe or unsubscribe to group of related activities. If you are subscribed, a star appears beside the grouping.

Select
Care. Select the Well-being tab and then select
Well-being.

Select Activities. From the drop-down , select a category. Select Subscribe to this Set.
