Before your first appointment with a new care provider, you'll need to acknowledge that you have read and understood our Informed Consent policy.
The goal of this policy is to give you information about the services you are about to receive, so that you can begin your treatment with full awareness of the associated risks and limitations, terms and conditions, and privacy rules. If you are a minor, you will also be informed about what information can be shared with your parent or guardian.
Informed consent applies to sessions and messages between you and your care provider only. If you book sessions with a different care provider later, you will need to provide your informed consent again. If you have questions or concerns related to informed consent, please reach out to your care provider.
