You can access your Mental Health Services on the sparrow mobile app from the Care screen.

On the
Care screen, navigate to
Mental Health and then Counselling.
When you first navigate to the mental health section of the sparrow mobile app, you'll see the Counselling Overview screen. You can navigate your Counselling profile through the Overview, Appointments, Services, Profile Settings, and Inbox screens.

The Counselling dashboard includes information about your upcoming appointments and your care providers. The Counselling navigation menu allows you to navigate to the Counselling dashboard screen, My Appointments screen, Inbox screen, and Profile Settings screen.
