You can take notes within your appointment to keep track of any thoughts or strategies you might learn that you want to come back to. After your appointment you can view the notes to edit or review them.

On the
Care screen, navigate to
Mental Health and then Counselling.

On the Counselling Overview screen, navigate to Appointments and select the Post tab.

Select the appointment you would like to view or edit session notes for.

Select View Note and select Edit Note.

When you have finished reviewing or updating your session notes, you can select Save.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then

Navigate to the
My Appointments screen.

Select View Session Notes and select Edit note.

When you have finished reviewing or updating your session notes, you can select Save note.
