If your counsellor has no availability, a Message option appears on their profile card on your Counselling dashboard and My Appointments screens. You can select this option to message them, or message them through the Inbox. You can inquire about when they are free and suggest times that would work for you.
If you find that your counsellor has no upcoming availability, and you would like to meet with someone right away, you can change counsellors. For more information, see our Change mental health counsellors article.
