Before we ship, we create your profile and set up any insurance information, transfer your prescriptions from your current pharmacy (if requested), contact your doctor if refills are needed, and package your medications. Once we have your prescriptions prepared, we will communicate your first expected shipping date. Prescriptions usually take 2-5 business days to ship, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package. If you need medication urgently, please contact us and we will help to navigate how best to get your medication in the meantime, to ensure you do not have any gaps in your medication therapy.
