If you did not add a shipping address to your account when you registered for GreenShield Pharmacy, you will need to add one before you can order a prescription.

From the
Care screen, select
Pharmacy, then select Profiles.

Select the profile for which you want to add a shipping address.

In the Shipping Addresses section, select Add Shipping Address.

To give your address an identifiable name, specify a Nickname for the address such as "Home" or "Cottage".

Enter you address.

Select Save.

From the Navigation Bar, select View all Care Services and then select
Pharmacy.

From the Pharmacy Dashboard, select
Manage Profiles.

From the Manage Profiles section, select View Profile.

In the Shipping Address section, select Add a new address.

To give your address an identifiable name, specify a Nickname for the address such as "Home" or "Cottage".

Enter your address.

Select Save Changes.
