Create your account

1. Navigate to https://app.mysparrow.ca.

2. Select Sign up.

3. Enter the email address that you want to use for your account and select Continue.

4. Enter the verification code that you received at the email you provided and select Continue.

5. Complete the following steps:

   1. On the Organization Code screen, enter your organization code. Select Continue.

   2. On the Member Verification screen, enter your information. Select Continue.

   3. On the Personal Details screen, enter your Name and Date of Birth. Select Continue.

   4. On the Contact Details screen, enter your Address Information. Select Continue.

6. On the Create New Password page, enter the password you would like to use for your account, then select Continue.

7. Select Sign In.
