Instructions for the mobile app

1. Select Care.

2. On the Care Services screen, you can view the complete list of care services you have access to through your plan.

Instructions for the web app

1. From the Dashboard, in the Care Services section, select View All.

2. On the Care Services page, you can view the complete list of services you have access to through sparrow.
