Choose Through a family member if you are a dependent (e.g. partner, spouse, child) of an employee with an organization code.

Navigate to https://app.mysparrow.ca.

Select Sign up.

Select Through a family member, then select Continue.

Enter the email address that you want to use for your account and select Continue.

Enter the verification code sent to the email address you provided, then select Continue.

On the ID Type page, select I have an Organization Code. Then enter your Organization Code and select Continue.

If prompted, enter your family member's certificate ID.

On the Personal Details page, enter your details and select Continue.

On the Contact Details page, enter your Address information, then select Continue.

On the Create New Password page, enter the password you would like to use for your account, then select Continue.

Select Sign In.
