Our Digital CBT anxiety program has 9 modules, with each module taking approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. If you combine the anxiety and depression programs, then there are 12 modules. We recommend completing one session per week, spending at least a week in-between modules to reflect on the material, and completing the associated activities that are presented in each session. Our Digital CBT program has been designed so that each client can complete the program at their own pace. It works best when it’s completed in full, so you can think of it as a weekly commitment spanning three months.
