When the pharmacy ships your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link. Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.
If your tracking link is not working, please contact your pharmacy using the phone number indicated in your order confirmation email. Please have your order number ready when you call.
Pharmacists refill your prescriptions according to your medication schedule, insurance requirements, and your refill settings.
If you enable the Auto-refill setting for an applicable prescription, your pharmacy will prepare and send you a refill on every refill date specified for this prescription. Read Add a prescription to learn more about enabling auto-refills.
If you do not enable auto-refills, your prescriptions will only be shipped to you after you manually request them. Read Request a refill for detailed instructions.
When your prescription has no remaining refills, a new prescription is needed from your prescriber or, if permitted, from your pharmacist. In many cases, your pharmacist can reach out to your prescriber, with your consent, and ask for a renewal on your behalf. Read Request a renewal for detailed instructions.
If you do not see information about your medications, insurance, or dependents on your sparrow account, please contact your pharmacy. We will confirm your details and ensure there is no interruption to your medication deliveries.
