There are a variety of reasons you might need to unmatch from your counsellor, including availability or perhaps they just weren't the right fit for you. You can change your counsellor and match with another counsellor to continue your journey.

On the
Care screen, navigate to
Mental Health and then Counselling.

On the Counselling Overview screen, navigate to the My Care Team section and select the counsellor you would like to unmatch with.

On the counsellor’s profile, select Unmatch.

Select a reason for unmatching and select Confirm Unmatch.

Mental Health and them Counselling.

Counselling dashboard, navigate to the My Care Team section and select Profile.

Navigate to the counsellor's profile card and select Unmatch.

Select a reason for unmatching and select Yes, unmatch.
