Submit your prescription to be filled

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, select Telemedicine, and then Telemedicine.

2. On the Telemedicine Dashboard, select Results, and then Prescriptions.

3. Select the prescription you need to fill.

4. Select Order prescription. You can have the prescription delivered to your home for free or you can pick it up at your nearest pharmacy.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then select Telemedicine.

2. On the Telemedicine Dashboard, select Past Consultations and then select Prescriptions.

3. Locate the prescription you need to fill and expand the Prescription details.

4. Select Order your prescription. You can have the prescription delivered to your home for free or you can pick it up at your nearest pharmacy.
