Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, select Telemedicine, and then Telemedicine.

2. From the Telemedicine Dashboard, select Consultations.

3. On the consultation that you would like to download information for, select View Consultation.

4. Select Download summary.

Instructions for the web app

1. In the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then select Telemedicine.

2. From the Telemedicine Dashboard, select Consultation Summaries.

3. On the consultation that you would like to download information for, select View Consultation.

4. Select Download summary.
