Instructions for the mobile app

On the 
Care screen, select 
Telemedicine, and then Telemedicine.

On the Telemedicine Dashboard, select Results, and then Labs.

On the lab requisition you would like to download, select Download form.

On the Lab Details screen, under Requisition Form, select View consultation.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then select Telemedicine.

Telemedicine Dashboard, under Past consultations, select Labs.
