On the
Care Care screen, navigate to
Mental Health and then Counselling.

On the Overview screen, navigate to the My Favourites section.

Select the Individual Counselling or Couples Counselling subsection, depending on the type of counsellor you want to remove.

Find the desired counsellor in the list and select View Profile.

On the counsellor's profile, select Remove From Favourites.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services, then select

On the
Counselling dashboard, select My Favourites.

Select the Individual Counselling or Couples Counselling tab, depending on the type of counsellor you want to remove.

Locate the counsellor you want to remove and select the red heart icon in the corner of their profile picture.
