On the
Care screen, select
Pharmacy and then select Profiles.

Select Add a Profile.

On the General Details screen, fill out all the required fields, then select Next.

Select the shipping address you would like associated with the profile.

To add a new address, select Add a shipping address and fill out the required information. Select Add shipping address and then select Next.

Complete any of the following options:

On the Insurance screen, you can upload an image of your insurance card or Manually Enter the details, then select Next.

On the Health Card screen, fill out the required fields, then select Next.

Select your preferred payment method.

To add a new payment method, select Add a payment method. Fill out the required information, then select Add payment method.

Select Complete.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Pharmacy, and then select Pharmacy.

On the
Pharmacy Dashboard, select
Manage Profiles and then Add a profile.

On the General Details screen, enter the details for the person you are creating the profile for.

Select the Continue to Address button.

Select the address you would like their prescriptions shipped to.

Select the Continue to insurance and health card button.

Enter the insurance details and health card details for the person you are creating the profile for.

Select the Continue to payment method button.

Select the payment method you would like to use for this profile.

Select Complete.
