Caution
If you deactivate your account, you will no longer be able to manage your pharmacy needs through GreenShield Pharmacy. You will lose the ability to order and manage your prescriptions online and to add profiles on your account.
According to pharmacy regulations, we keep a record of your prescriptions and profile. If you or any of the profiles you have added still have refills left on the account, they will appear on file at the pharmacy while awaiting your input. You can contact us to continue to fill those prescriptions or transfer them to be fulfilled by another pharmacy. You may reactivate your online GreenShield Pharmacy account by re-registering online.

On the
Care screen, select
Pharmacy and then select Profile Settings.

Select the Primary Profile, then select Deactivate Pharmacy Account.

Provide a reason to close the account and Select reason.

On the Are you sure you would like to deactivate your account? screen, select Deactivate pharmacy account.
