We strive to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your order. We accept returns of unopened, unused eligible products up to 60 days after the date of purchase. To verify if an order qualifies for return, please contact GreenShield Pharmacy directly. We are unable to offer free shipping on returns at this time. Please note that not all items are eligible for return. This includes final sale items, and items listed in the following list.

Please ensure that your address is correct and complete at the time of placing the order. If an order is returned to GreenShield Pharmacy by a courier due to invalid or incomplete address, or if it was not retrieved from a Canada Post office or courier depot within the time-frame provided by the courier, a minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied.
