Behavioural Experiments are planned activities to help you test the automatic thoughts and beliefs you have about that situation.

Completing the Behavioural Experiments module unlocks the Behavioural Experiment Tool.

Select
Care. From
Mental Health, select Digital CBT.

Log in to Digital CBT. Then, select Digital CBT Menu.

From Tools, select Experiments.

Select Create a New Experiment.

Enter a Name and prediction. Rate the strength of your belief using the slider. Select Continue.

For Experiment Type, select Data Gathering or Hypothesis Testing. Select Continue.

Describe the details, place, and time for the experiment. Enter possible barriers,then select Continue.

On the Navigation bar, select Care Services and then Mental Health then Digital CBT.

On the Digital CBT Dashboard, select Tools and then Experiments.

Select the New Experiment button.

On the Experiment Overview page, enter a Name for the experiment and the Thought or Belief you are going to test. Rate how strongly you believe your prediction will come true on the slider, then select Continue.

On the Experiment Type page, select whether the experiment is a Data Gathering or Hypothesis Testing experiment, then select Continue.

On the Plan Your Experiment page, enter the details of when and how you will complete the experiment, then select Continue.
