Log in to Digital CBT.

Select Digital CBT Menu and then select Modules.
Your current module displays. For previous sections and what's coming up, select Module Navigation.
As you work through modules, you can learn about anxiety or depression from a clinical standpoint, how people are affected differently, and how you might be affected individually. To keep you engaged in your learning journey, modules include check-ins that gauge your progress as you go.
Ideally, you'll complete one module per week, giving you time to internalize the information, and put it into practice using exercises and tools. It is important that you don't rush through the modules or leave them for too long.
Each module is progressively unlocked after you complete the associated exercises and tools. Modules can take between 20-40 minutes to work through. Each module progresses you through a number of steps that present you with information, quizzes, and tasks to help you learn about different content areas.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services. Select Mental Health, then Digital CBT.

On Digital CBT Dashboard, select Modules.

Read through the content for the module you are working on, completing any exercises that are presented, and then select Next Part.

Continue through each step of the module until you reach the end. When you are finished with the module content and exercises, select Complete Session.
