When you are facing anxiety, one important technique is exposure therapy (facing fears). The goal of the Fear Ladder is to determine a hierarchy of steps that will help you work on these fears. You'll create your first Fear Ladder from the module. You can create more from the Dashboard after the completing the Fear Ladder module.

Select
Care. From
Mental Health, select Digital CBT.

Log in to Digital CBT.

Select Digital CBT Menu.

From Tools, select Fear Ladder. Select New Fear Ladder .

Enter a Theme and Goal. Select Continue.

Select Add Step. Assign a fear level to the step using the slider.

Add more steps, at least two. Select Submit.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Mental Health then Digital CBT.

On the Digital CBT Dashboard screen, select Tools and then Fear Ladder.

Select the New Fear Ladder button.

On the Theme and Goal page, enter an Anxiety Theme and a Goal related to the theme that you want to work towards, then select Continue.

On the Creating Steps page, think of 6 to 10 steps you could take towards your goal, and select the Add a Step button to add each step to your fear ladder. For each step, use the slider to assign a fear level to each step.

When you are done creating steps, select Submit.
