Completing Strengthening Thoughts unlocks the Evidence Tool.

Select
Care. From
Mental Health, select Digital CBT.

Log in to Digital CBT.

Select Digital CBT Menu. From Tools, select Evidence.

Select Create new Evidence Collection.

On Thought Details, enter a Title , a Balanced Thought, and a rating for the current strength of your belief in that thought. Select Continue.

On the Record Evidence page, add evidence and then select Add to Evidence Collection.

At the end of the week, on the End of Week Review page, review the evidence you entered and then rate how strongly you believe your balanced thought today. Select Complete Evidence Collection.

On the Reflect on Thought page, enter a reflection on how much your beliefs changed over the exercise. Then select Complete Evidence Collection.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Mental Health then Digital CBT.

On the Digital CBT Dashboard screen, select Evidence.

Select the New Evidence Collection Entry button.

On the Thought Details page, enter a Title and a Balanced Thought you are trying to strengthen. On the slider, rate how strongly you believe your balanced thought today, then select Continue.

On the Record Evidence page, enter evidence that supports your balanced thought, then select Add to Evidence Collection. This exercise is meant to be done over the course of a week, after you have entered your first pieces of evidence.

At the end of the week, on the End of Week Review page, review the evidence you entered and then rate how strongly you believe your balanced thought today. Select Complete Evidence Collection.

On the Reflect on Thought page, enter a reflection on how much your beliefs changed over the exercise. Then select Complete Evidence Collection.
